1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using AOKAI (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of the service

AOKAI is an academic and administrative management platform designed for higher-education institutions and built by Codexsw Inc. The service includes modules for enrollment, grades, timetables, reports, and other functions related to educational administration.

3. Registration and accounts

To use the Platform, users must:

• Belong to an educational institution that is a customer of AOKAI
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Keep their access credentials confidential
• Immediately notify any unauthorized use of their account
• Be responsible for all activity carried out under their account

4. Acceptable use

Users agree to:

• Use the Platform only for legitimate educational purposes
• Not attempt to access restricted areas or data of other users
• Not interfere with the normal operation of the Platform
• Not use the Platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain professional and respectful behavior

5. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of AOKAI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — are the property of Codexsw Inc and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep the Platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. Codexsw Inc is not liable for temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Limitation of liability

Codexsw Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of third parties on the Platform; (iii) any content obtained from the Platform; and (iv) unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
